Overview
At AlpAccess, coordinates quality-control delivery for a large industrial protective-coating programme supporting Hinkley Point C — aligning technicians, deadlines, technical documentation and client updates across a scope of 20,000+ pipeline spools and structural supports.
The Challenge
Coating documentation at this scale — thousands of individually tracked spools and supports — has to stay accurate and auditable across multiple technicians, subcontractors and client touchpoints, with no room for a lost inspection record or an unresolved non-conformance.
Process
- 01Log inspection and quality documentation for every spool and support in TRUQC
- 02Coordinate technical reports, invoicing and RMAs between suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- 03Review, approve and issue corrosion-protection technical reports
- 04Prepare NCR and root-cause analysis documentation; support contract reviews during disputes and non-conformances
- 05Complete quantity take-offs for client invoicing and train QC inspectors in reporting and document control
